About the Cover

Cover Figure

Cover: Iceberg aground offshore of the Antarctic Peninsula. The berg is ~35 m high. The sub-parallel features exposed in the lower half of the berg are former “shorelines,” and the smooth surface suggests melting below former waterlines. The top half of the berg appears not to have been submerged. See “Submarine glacial landforms and rates of ice-stream collapse” by Dowdeswell et al., p. 819-822.
