Cover: Early-morning view of the northern flank of Incahuasi volcano (northern Argentina/Chile border, southern Central Andes). Incahuasi is one of the world's highest volcanoes. It has a thick lava dome on its eastern flank (left on the image), and is a large, steep cone, as characterized by Grosse et al.; see "Morphometry and evolution of arc volcanoes," p. 651-654.
